Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is the shared services arm of a large biopharmaceutical company. They tasked IBM with creating a refreshed look for their Employer Value Proposition that would appeal to a younger demographic and highlight the dynamic culture of their teams. In addition, TBS wanted to emphasize that their work impacts the lives of Takeda patients all around the world. So I developed a concept that used angled boxes to represent the positive and forward-thinking workplace that TBS has created and used bold colors to make the new EVP slogan “Power of Experience” really feel powerful.
