Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is a shared services arm within Takeda that partnered with IBM with to create a refreshed look for their Employer Value Proposition. It needed to appeal to a younger demographic and highlight their dynamic culture. In addition, TBS wanted to emphasize their work impacts the lives of Takeda patients globally. I developed a concept that used angled boxes to represent the positive and forward-thinking workplace that TBS has created and used bold colors to make the new EVP slogan “Power of Experience” really feel powerful.
